How do I turn my utilities on?

At signing your lease, Robinson Rentals will give you a Utility Transfer form. It is your responsibility to call and have the utilities changed in your name. YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN KEYS UNLESS THIS FORM IS COMPLETED, SIGNED & RETURNED.

When can I move in?

Schedule a date & time for your move in inspection. Robinson Rentals will walk through the apartment to make sure everything is in working condition and satisfactory to your standards. Once completed, you will sign the move in inspection and receive the keys to your apartment.

Please move in through the REAR ENTRANCE ONLY. Dispose of any boxes or trash in the dumpsters behind the building.

Where do I pay rent?

Rent can be paid or mailed to Robinson Rentals. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm and the first Saturday of every month from 9 am to 1 pm.  Mail to PO Box 1459, Evanston, Illinois 60204. Please make all checks and money orders payable to Robinson Rentals. Please do not send cash through the mail.

How do I request maintenance?

Call Robinson Rentals at (847) 866-1966 to report any maintenance issues. We will promptly schedule any repairs and notify you when the work is completed.
