Upon submitting an application, please include the following:

$35.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee: Includes- credit report, criminal background report, employment verification, and tenancy verification.

Security Deposit (equal to one full month's rent): Used to hold unit until a leasing decision is made.  If accepted, it will be applied to your account as payment for the security deposit.  If denied, the full amount will be refunded.
